ROBYN'S 21

My roommates friends were throwing a party for her, but she came home with the left overs of a store bought cake.
Cake is cake, but homemade cake is that much better (because it's made with more love.)

February Fundraising

This year I was involved with the college's Alternative Spring Break, a student run group working with Habitat for Humanity, working to build homes in Laredo, Texas for those less fortunate. These bright cupcakes were made for our Talent Show/Bake Sale fundraiser.

Sugar Glazed Funfetti Cupcakes

This was the house the morning we arrived. And then some of us in front of it the morning we left.

Though we accomplished our goals 6 months ago, thanks to everyone who supported our trip!

Just in Time for Fall

Since I just created this blog, and have a little more than 7 months worth of baking to add in, the first handful of posts will be listed my month. I'll include everything I did that month, unless it's a specific event worthy of it's own post.

A Neon New Years

I work on New Years Eve, so I sent cupcakes in my place to a party/show at my boyfriends. This session I experimented with chocolate toppers!

Pre-Cake Mania

Before New Years, Christmas had brought me 'Hello, Cupcake' the book. My interest in baking had been hovering over my head from sometime now, and naturally, was gifted with baking related presents during the holiday season. This was my first act of baking towards my New Years resolution.
